Sidney Prescott

Sidney Prescott is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the Scream franchise. The character was created by Kevin Williamson and is portrayed by Canadian actress Neve Campbell. She first appeared in Scream (1996), followed by four sequels: Scream 2 (1997), Scream 3 (2000), Scream 4 (2011), Scream (2022) and mentioned only in Scream VI (2023). She is set to return in Scream 7 (2026).
